The whole point about the checks and balances they carried out is that they found the discrepancies and rectified them. Just more sore-loser chaff.

There's nothing to refute. They took a mundane, operational problem, that was rectified by checks and manual counting, and tried to blow it out of all proportion. Next they'll be telling us that the whole election needs to be rerun because Doris's stapler broke and set the count back by 15 minutes.
