I’m going for Biden with a total of between 290-310 EC votes.

I think the New York Mussolini is going to lose, but what will be interesting is what happens then. That's when the USA's institutions of state will be put to the test. As their constitution was written with exactly this eventuality in mind - a would be tyrant in the Whitehouse, I don't think Trump will get away with squatting in the West Wing. But what will his hard core supporters do? **** all, hopefully, without the orange goon egging them on.

Yeah, if it’s an obvious landslide, the games up straight away for the orange man. If it’s close he’s already said he’ll send in the lawyers. But that’s a hollow threat, the US constitution is pretty robust. It’s not the lawyers anyone needs to be worried about.

It may come down to how successful some States have been at targeted voter suppression, but that’s been going on for 100 years and more, not sure how effective it’ll be. For example, “Souls to the Polls”, where black communities in the South gather at churches and walk to the polling stations en masse, is one tradition that’s grown from attempts in the past to intimidate black voters.

The ruling in Texas over the drive through voting bollocks where the Republicans were trying to deny 127k their vote, gives us a clue. As even the partisan Judge said he had no grounds to agree with the case, as much as I’m sure he’d have liked to. As ultimately there has to be a solid legal case behind these petitions and there simply isn’t, as it’s nothing but obvious attempts at voter suppression.

So why would you drop the red state for a state you are certain is in the bag? I reckon Biden's internal polling shows he's in trouble.
