They should just tell Biden and Trump they both won. Trump will believe it as he's too big an egotist to accept defeat and Biden will forget he lost. Then they can install a 3rd candidate who is sane and reasonable.
Reagan became president in 1981. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 1994, 5 years after he left office.
