That’s a brilliant graphic. The power of products, services...........and marketing. Apple have had a very strong and very consistent core marketing approach since the iPhone was launched. The ethos behind design and promotion filters down right into customer interface in the stores. I bought something in a very crowded US store last week (still make a 30% saving until £ collapses) and the experience was quick, painless and respectful. And I don’t begrudge them the premium prices. It won’t hold forever though.
