I got us a new OLED around Christmas and after a lot of research it was between LG and Sony. Both solid choices but went with the Sony, it has better processing so fast moving things like sports look natural and it makes it a good all rounder for handling any content, from old films to brand new stuff.
Went to look at them both in Curry's and it was noticeably nicer looking, the LG was brighter but the picture looked a bit artificial in comparison.
