We get extra money, extra good publicity if we play attractive football which could give us more support. I totally agree they should give far longer warning of schedule changes and avoid long trips for supporters on work days, and not play games at breakfast time (before 2pm!). but otherwise I don't really get what the problem is.

You can play attractive football whilst live on sky? I thought part of the TV contract was that we had to make the opposition look good.

We should be made to play every game midweek at 8pm
All games must be played on steelsy+

Nothing wrong with being an armchair fan

True now, but not a few years ago when games also got moved around and I was trying to plan trips over from Oslo. But I always preferred games under lights to Saturday or Sunday afternoons, the atmosphere was anyway far better.

I was going to go up to Blackpool to see us there, but the 5.45 kick off would make a very late return by train with multiple changes, and driving would mean no beers for a long day. As you only need 100 loyalty points to get a ticket (1500 were required for Foolham) I’m guessing the turnout for the Rs will be low. This will in turn impact on the atmosphere in the ground and on the telly. The atmosphere isn’t better when people don’t go because it’s on the telly. SA Road looked half empty for the Forest game.

But I suppose the ‘product’ is no longer aimed on those idiots who continue to turn up, it’s those with TV subscriptions who are the ‘consumers’ now.

Not having a go at those who for whatever reason can’t get to games live. For several extended periods I’ve been in the same position. When I do get back in the ground it reminds me how much better the live experience is, just like music, and even in a ****ty dump like HQs. Besides, the telly is very misleading - it makes Barbet look fast!

This is another game I will now miss. Not sure it’s worth buying a season ticket anymore when so many games are moved from Saturday. For me, travelling across London during a weekday after what is usually a 9 hour working day is a pain. Moving the Boxing Day game means I cannot get to go. Really pi55ed off with this.

I used to rent a car, drink in the town the night before the game, one before the game, and then drive after the game and the hour or so stuck in the car park.

If you havent seen all Barbet's saving tackles on the right side of our box after sprinting over from the left side to make them you must be in the bar or behind a pillar or something....

I will grant you that Barbet is faster than Dickie, Dunne and de Wijs.

Was planning on going down for the Blackpool game, general sale opened up and no points required (I think). However, I'm now working up in Inverness so that's ****ed that....

I looked at digs - no idea what's going on that weekend, but even the ****heaps I used to stay in down there are extortionate for the Saturday night

The 27th and 28th are bank holidays this year if that makes any difference.

I don't think we will be troubling the sky cameras too much more if there are any more games like last nights
