Day One.

1:20 - Appreciate It (have this one in various multiples like everyone else). Grumpy Charley 25/1 (free PP £5). Blue Lord 9/1 (Skybet £10 money back for loser). Small combi fc/tc.
1:55 - Shishkin (again in various multiples. Also have it at 3s and 4s ante post)
2:30 -Aye Right 4/1 & Discordantly 9/1 (both 5 places). Reverse fc.
3:05 - Epatante (have it in various ante post multiples. Haven't backed in a single yet but if price keeps going out i'm lumping on). Abacadabras 6/1 ante post (thats what you get for listening to Nass). Reverse fc.
3:40 - Concertista (again in various multiples and ante post at 11/4)
4:15 - Coltor 10/1 & Elham Valley 66/1 (both 5 places). Reverse fc.
4:50 - Galvin (again in a couple of multiples and ante post at 6s and 10s)

Not bad for the first day. Appreciate It and Shishkin did as expected. Aye Right, Coltor, Elham Valley all placed and Galvin capped the day off with a win.
 
The only significant horse for me this week is Gualoise in the mares novice, for months her and Energumene were the only jump bets ive been interested in, my meeting hinges on her and thats the way I wanted it, not interested in betting every race, every day, its a mugs game, been studying the flat mostly last month as cheltenham value has been long gone on the good horses

Wasnt to be with Energumene and Gauloise isnt exactly looking good although I do retain some faith that we will see a better horse than at Fairyhouse, im more interested in the flat now but Gauloise would be a significant winner for me.

are you still doing your pre season flat review for 3 year olds , iirc , very interesting views on the emerging crop .....?
