The Syrian "civil war" is over, our proxies lost. We have kept that war going for 5 years since 2013. We used the exact same pretext as we did in Libya, we arm some militants who clash with the government in a state, and then claim "oooh they are going to massacre civilians".

Can anyone say what might happen in Syria armed 30,000 militants in California to attack US government assets? or Manchester against UK gov assets, sounds surreal doesn't it, but not when we do it in the middle east or Africa, or South America, or Asia, no that's easy to swallow for some reason and the same logic is never applied.

The Syrian government has won the "civil war". So we are meant to believe, that upon finally winning this war against Turkey ISIS Al Qaeda and several groups of militants (we injected into Syria) (Israeli and British airstrikes, US troops on Syrian soil), that the Syrian government has decided to do the one thing that would invite the biggest military (by far) in the world to attack them, and Russia would condone Assad doing this to get into a direct conflict with NATO?
