IMO the issue is
a) rebellion was encouraged as part of arab spring.
b) libya has been left in a mess
c) egypt everyone seems happy military are in control rather than muslim borhterhood
d) russians back on side, us and others other sides.
result is a county in a total utter mess and millions displaced and million more to be displaced

IMO Cameron, Obama etc al have a lot to answer for in syria.

If some lad in a uniform put a gun to assad's head day one and said he was now in charge then syria would still be in russia sphere of influence there would be no refugee flood across europe and middle east and there would be the same situation as egypt. Nobody in the west seems to care eypt had elections then threw out the winners in a coup as the winners didn't suit them.
IMO Libya is the wild west. its prob as bad as somalia ever was.

When I was on here in 2012, I detailed exactly what would happen in Syria, boots on the ground n'all, which the US has done already. Of course I got the usual nonsense push back based on nothing but partisanship and mockery but everything I said then has transpired in Syria.
We found out we were letting ISIS have the oil, we found out boots were put on the ground, we found out we were arming and backing terrorists and hard line sharia nutcases. We found out the US and UK and France were funneling weapons into Syria. We found out BBC was running war propaganda for it as well as the rest of MSM.
All of this is true and was easily predicted by simply looking at 40 years of history. Didn't take a genius, just took actually opening one's eyes.
Back then I remember MITO saying "I'm a NATO man me"
NATO has been pushing and fighting wars for 30 years in various theaters and many of them didn't even make MSM, like Somalia's bombing toward the end of Obama's presidency. What happened in Sudan, got very little coverage at all, nor what Africom is doing in Africa with its secret drone bases, we hear about ME drones but never African drone strikes, thousands have been killed, and not a jot of news about it in the BBC or MSM in general.
What we did to Yemen
The root cause of all of this is the intelligence agencies, they are rogue and out of control and don't answer to governments, other special interests, including weapons makers have more say. Theresa May has NO idea what MI5 and MI6 are up to, in fact they probably have dirt on every politician in the country. Same for the US, France and god knows where else.
