Mods we usually do a thread a day or so before a big political event. GElection or Brexit. So as long as we close it a day or so after. Everyone's happy. <ok>

Ellewoods sent me some info and it appears The Donald will not win. He cant win. So, what do you all think...

Ironically, perhaps... I predict that Trump will win the popular vote, but will still lose..

How can this happen I hear you say.
Because Hillbilly Clinton will win the big states with the big electoral college votes ie California for one with 55 electoral votes...
Basically Trump blew it by opening his gob..Shame because Clinton will be as useless as Obama.

OBummer is appalling. HRC will be far, far worse if the cheat-machine works as designed. Trump should win (everyone I know, bar three, is voting for him), and he will deliver exactly what the USA and the rest of the world needs. The U.K. Media are just as bent as those in the USA.

How many people in the US actually vote? ..Is it something like <15% of the population for every election, with many not even bothering to register.

She will be worse than Obama. He has been criticised for not having any interest in foreign policy, i.e. he hasn't started a war in the Middle East. In some ways this has been a good thing, in other ways his inaction has led to the clusterfuck that is Syria. Clinton is far more hawkish and seems to be itching for a showdown with Putin. I'd have much preferred Trump as president despite the fact he's a ****ing egomaniacal lunatic. Much less chance of Russia kicking off. Countries that border Russia have re-introduced conscription, so worried are they about Putin deciding to take them back under the control of the Kremlin. She is a crazy ****.

They have elections for everything over there.

Bin men, post man, the butcher and the like.

Can't move for friggin elections.

I'd vote for Bernie Sanders... oh, ****.

Both are ****ing awful, but Clinton is quite obviously the lesser of two evils, despite how appalling she is. I like the idea of a world not in a nuclear war, which is somewhat more likely with Clinton in charge.

Thank **** its nearly over.
Sick of seeing that prick stood there on the news with his stupid ****ing hand signals
