I wouldn't try to attach any kind of logic to his actions, he's just a deranged old man that unfortunately inspires cowardice in those around him. Let's just hope we can get to the mid-terms without him causing too much damage, it looks very likely he will be a lame duck then but it seems a long way away.

Henceforth I shall adopt the policy of many Canadians by boycotting travel to the USA. In addition I shall endeavour to extend this to American goods and services. This may be a futile gesture but it is my own personal stand against the threats of Trump. Hopefully time or a bullet will rid us of this turbulent President.

I never thought I’d say this but I wish Trump dead before he drags us all into total chaos. Hopefully natural causes, not a bullet, which would only bring his crazed supporters back onto the streets.

His delusion is immense and his methods are deranged. I thought Boris Johnson was bad, because of all the lies and misinformation, but in retrospect he was just the sorcerer’s apprentice. For a man who ruins lives, with his incendiary rhetoric and actions, to demand the Nobel Peace Price shows how far gone Trump is.

Yes he is worried about the mid terms thats for sure but the attempted insurrection five years ago should make any right minded person fearful of what that madman will do to secure a third term!He and his supporters will do what any despot will do when they lose(or fear that they will lose) the democratic vote ,they will create some sort on national emergency as a pretext to get troops on the streets and declare marshal law and the rest is despot 101.The USA is a very divided country and im sure he will attempt to take advantage of that to his own despicable ends.
