The bloke is a moron. His tweet isn't even particularly well thought out - he either expected the Queen to intervene in law and fix all racism or he doesn't care for any white people because of racism.

Not about Elizabeth no. The institution has a lot to answer for over a chequered history but there’s no evidence Elizabeth was deliberately overseeing anything. We need to remember though that Sinclair is one person given more attention than he deserves over this. There will be members of black commonwealth countries mourning more than I will b me despite the harm caused by the empire.
