I drove from Orlando to Miami to see England play a pre World Cup friendly a few years ago, and we had a wander on Miami beach, it was alright I suppose, Collins Avenue which runs parallel to the beach is the rich persons shopping street.

Miami is bastard massive it took about 3 hours to drive from the Dolphins stadium to the beach.

We then drove to Key West which is about 150 mile, wouldn’t do it again because the drive back to Orlando took about 6 hours.
I looked last year and a flight from MCO to Marathon was only £45 return, and the bus to Key West was only about £8, I’m planning on doing that next time

First time I holidayed in the US we landing in San Francisco and in the taxi from the airport a signpost said XING, I said what does exing mean, deadpan he replied, It says Crossing, it ****ing didn’t said I.
