I thought Ness was a bit of a monster tbh.
I thought he was untouchable.

There’s a lovely form of karma playing out now in terms of what is happening at Chelsea. It is clear that their American billionaire owners haven’t got a clue what they are doing, and are wasting huge amounts of money because they are unwilling to listen. It’s only going to end one way at Stamford Bridge. We still get some of the solidarity payment on Gallagher because we contributed to his development within the age range. Also a youngster was in our academy has just gone to Leeds for 10 M . Largi Ramazani was his name. I think we get a development fee. Not large sums. It would also help greatly if Gomez moved.

Totally agree with this. I don’t desire us to be in the premier league championship would do very nicely imoNobody at the Premier League had a problem with Abramovich.
Nobody at the FA had a problem with him.
Nobody at Sky had a problem.
This is how the top Division of English Football is run now.
Nobody has a problem with the Saudis either.
This is why I now feel the corruption that would be caused to CAFC if we ever return there would do more harm than good.
The Championship, though not without its flaws, is a better league to get established in.
Think it’s a bit of a punt- hope it pays off with him being tied in for 4 yearsCharlton Athletic are delighted to announce the signing of Jamaica international Kaheim Dixon.
The talented 19-year-old forward, who has joined from Jamaica Premier League side Arnett Gardens for an undisclosed fee, was originally identified via the club’s partners, Mount Pleasant, with the move then being assisted by Charlton’s strong links to Dixon’s national team.
Born and raised in Trench Town, Kingston, Dixon has already made eight appearances for Jamaica, scoring twice and being a part of the Reggae Boyz's Copa America squad, alongside Charlton's own Karoy Anderson.
He has signed a four-year deal with the club and becomes Nathan Jones' eighth signing of the summer.
“I’m very happy to be here,” Dixon beamed. “My first opportunity to go professional is to be at the Addicks. It’s been very good to see Karoy [Anderson], another teammate from my country. I can’t wait to start playing with him!”
Manager Nathan Jones said: “Kaheim is a young, exciting talent that we have been keeping an eye on for several months, watching his progress and how he has done in the Jamaican national team alongside Karoy. We’re looking forward to working with him, developing him and making him a better player."
Technical Director Andy Scott added: “We’re really pleased to bring Kaheim to Charlton. He’s a player who has been on our radar due to our strong links with the Jamaica national team and our Mount Pleasant partnership. He has impressed our scouts with his fantastic pace and technical ability and we are fortunate to have been able to call on Karoy and others who have been associated with Charlton for character references.
"He’s already represented the national team which shows what talent and potential he has and we are excited to see Kaheim develop under the coaching of Nathan and his staff. We’re looking forward to watching him progress and grow into the player we all believe he can be."
Dixon had a successful college career for Clarendon, scoring important goals to help the college win various finals and ending his college career in 2023 with 32 goals and 17 assists.
The forward's talent and potential meant within a year of playing college football, he was playing alongside established Premier League stars in the Jamaica frontline.
Dixon, whose transfer is pending final international clearance, has been given squad number 13.
Allan Campbell from Luton been at charlton training ground all day with Nathan Jones. Poster on another Forum.

I’d be very surprised if any of them go out on loan. TC especially having been a starter
