Because we sold out in 14 games last season and we've already sold 2000 more ST's than this time last year - on the up up up old chap <cheers>

On the subject, I wonder if the Charlton SMT are worried about fans deserting to Bromley in their droves now??

Wrong. You have sold 1000 more than last year. It is unlike you to exaggerate TC.

Millwall Football Club has enjoyed record season ticket sales in 2023/24. With the new campaign marking 30 years at The Den, fans have shown their remarkable support to celebrate the landmark year, with The Lions smashing all records in selling nearly 9,000 season tickets

Wrong!! That story is from last season Dick <laugh>

Clue - currently we are selling ST's for the 2024/5 season - Its unlike you to make such a silly error :emoticon-0127-lipss

Interesting comments from good man & very knowledgeable Charlton fan All Hell Let Loose, who states that Bair was released by the mighty St Johnstone last season and has had one half decent season (in the SPL) in his entire career.

@The Penguin

Thos doesn’t strike me as an exciting transfer target.

According to Cawley no signing is imminent (surprise). Bair has done well at Motherwell, before St Johnstone he was at Vancouver Whitecaps, and if Jones has seen him and spoken to him I'll go with that. Dickie says NJ has been up in Scotland scouting, so there must be hope.

This will be deemed an exciting signing by Ridiculous, after all 15 goals in top division football he must be good<whistle>

On a more general point, I think the forum fanbase (admittedly no more than 200 regulars over all forums), is sick & tired of Methven Mouthpieces like witless little Dubai Addick.

Imagine the little eager beaver opening his laptop every morning, yearning for another e mail of horsesh1t from Charlie Methven which he can copy & paste onto Wally Life.

It’s only Dubai, the dreadfully self important and humourless Mundell on ITTV, and a small handful of others who are still sucking up what Methven is shovelling.

Here’s a suggestion - maybe instead of giving such credence to Methven’s podcasts, pay more attention to his track record at the helm of two football clubs.

Sunderland fans almost without exception
Loathe him , but hey ho ….he’s poached Dr Will Abbott from Brighton to look at how many fried slices Chuks Aneke has for his breakfast, so all is well in the world.

Dubai Addick increasingly reminds me of Lord Haw -Haw.

Theo Bair.

25 year old Canadian.

70 appearances in the Scottish Pie League since 2022 - 16 goals.

He is no world beater, based on his career stats.
