I put this here as he'll be like a new signing! And we were chatting about those two holding mid positions - I presume he would play alongside Johansen or even deputise for Johansen alongside a Field or Ball?

Can't emember seeing him play very well back there He was at his best pressing defenders from a more attacking midfield position, in the 3 in a 4 2 3 1. Needed to be very fit in that role. Not sure where he'd play in the formation we use more now, maybe as back up for Chair or Willock.

Amos isn't anywhere near the player Johansen is imo.

Are you in Utrecht? I really like that town. Was there a few years ago with Nines amongst others, saw an FC Utrecht game and then on to see Ajax the next day. Shame we didn’t catch up, lots of good pubs, as far as I can remember….and doubtless some excellent hairdressers.

That is a shame would have been nice to hook up, we have never met but I have met nines 4/5 times. Let me know if you are coming over again.

Utrecht has got a great vibe been here for more than twenty years and still think it's the best city in the Netherlands. I hope to make it back for a match in the New Year and always try to hook up with a few from the board so might I see you.
