Hugill is perfect for us . You have to realise the chump is about 5 levels below the prem ,not just one. He'll be fine. If we could get hogan or Rhodes, we could be into something here

Still can't believe the club have pulled off the signing of Pugh. Absolutely inspirational signing! As good if not better than Freeman. Of course age is against him, but short term for one or two seasons it's a very shrewd piece of business. Have always rated him, he's in the 'smart' footballer bracket for me, great timing of runs and always a 100%'r. Have a feeling he will fall into the Hill/Derry/Nelsen category of signings, here's hoping.

I agree, well said mate, he's the best signing we've made in this window.

TRANSFER FEES. Not quite sure.... but think on transfer fees paid, that we have only paid out £60k on goalie Kelly. Cameron apparently sort out the Stoke bit himself..

Money in is about:- £5 million for Freeman, £1.5mill Furlong. 0.5mill for Smith and Ingrams each....(7.5 mill total). Have I forgotten anyone?..With Luongo, Leistner, Goss and Wheeler still on the for sale shelf...it could rise

That really has to be good business, in light of FFP

And at the moment we ( the punters) seem to be about fairly optimistic the .about the squad and thinking we could get to at least a (high flying for us) 16th position in the league.

Obviously this will change and Mark will be sacked by November

I live roughly 40 minutes away from Bournemouth and have seen the Cherries play (when QPR haven't been playing or working locally) and Pugh is a great signing for us. He has played at lower league clubs and was apart of the squad that has go Bournemouth to the premiership. His experience and leadership will be a massive bonus for the club.

I think we will be ok this season depending on how quick the team can gel. And I also think that this re-build is something that has been long overdue. Getting players in on a sustainable and affordable salary, and players that may have something to prove. I do hope with that being said, we do not simply throw out the youngsters and that we do give them time to develop.
