What choice do we have? One year left on the contract and he's made it clear he isn't signing another.
You serious about Charlie?!I think that he was one of those players who's contribution would be noted by other players taking opposition players out of position.
Have read on other sites that
1) Charlie wants to come back - however nothing mentioned on wages and who would be funding this
2) Nakki Wells has been offered back to QPR as well as Swansea however as the Welsh team signed someone from Bournemouth that we could be favourites
3) Aberdeen are after a loan defender for the season suggesting that they could be losing one.
All rumours I have read...….
McKenna was alledgedly on the Aberdeen plane flying off somewhere. Unlike to sign for anyone
Not heard anywhere about him not wanting to sign another. It's more like the club making it clear he's available and not in our plans. What choice do we have? One year left on the contract and he's made it clear he isn't signing another.
Puncheon was probably there on his holidays, and went there because he heard they did a good meze.I see one of our exes Jason Puncheon has signed for Pafos in Cyprus, last time I saw them play they were barely Conference standard and their record of points deductions for financial naughties has been awful. I don't know what they've promised him but good luck to him...

Ah gotcha, can't blame him I suppose. To be clearer, he's not willing to sign a contract on reduced [affordable] wages. Reported by West London Sport and elsewhere I think.
I personally don't think it's a great loss. Really excited when we signed him but like so many players signed in recent years only performed sporadically, and overall not great value for money. Did an ok job nothing spectacular and surprised no one in under 23s could have had a similar impact. He was not the future Eze and hopefully BOS are, Scowen is no worse in that role cost loads less and will be on less moneyThink we will live to regret this one
