He turned down Monaco because he didn't want to leave Italy, I can't see him suddenly deciding that Norfolk is a better option.
If true about Destro, I think it'll be another 'doesn't want to leave Italy' in the end. Not expecting anything on this rumour.

Need to show our targets this, they'll all flock here thenAbsolutely. I mean, Monaco is nice 'n all, but it's no Thetford!
Afraid so my friend but if we are still making silly offers then it is going to be longer than another day.Urgh, it's going to be another day of clinging to vague hopes that we're going to sign someone, isn't it?
Morning Supers - are you hearing anything? My reliable contacts are coming up with nothing at all including on outgoings.Destro is a player to avoid. Bad trainer, horribly out of condition and picks up silly injuries. Could have been a special player but his attitude is all wrong. Won't happen anyway so not sure why I'm posting this! He'll go to Bologna.

I do keep mentioning on here that outgoings are as important as incomings. When you add on pension contributions, NI and other employment costs two or three players who you do not want costing £2m a year each blows a massive hole in your budget. On top of that you do not get most of the Premiership money until the end of the season and some of it you only get in parachute payments if you get relegated. If they can get rid of the expensive deadwood it could boost the transfer budget.Hi mate.
No. I think they're really struggling to get anyone in who would actually improve us for the limited money we have available. We're shopping in the £5-7m bracket - it doesn't get you much these days! And it doesn't help that they haven't been able to shift two or three of the high earners who won't feature in the first team. They wanted Mbokani, a Congo international striker from Dynamo Kiev but I don't think they can get him a work permit.
Well, if the comparative penis sizes are all they're alleged to be on this thread, it should be no problem attracting TottiNah, he's rubbish - I think we should be signing Totti!!
