DittoI don't know about anyone else, but I have plenty of reservations about signing that guy, not just his lack of sell on potential.

This£8m for Mings
£7m for Brady
I know which I would prefer.
I'm not fussed about sell on potential. The gain we would make having a striker put consistent chances away far outstrips our need to make money from selling players.
Liverpool are mugs .True, definitely - but what about £7m for Gradel? Or £4.5m for Steven Berghuis.
These deals can really only be assessed in retrospect. If Mings has a stormer for Bournemouth, helps them stay up and then goes for £20m, what can you say?

Exactly - and I think that's what the club's transfer policy indicates so far tbh
Liverpool are mugs .![]()
I honestly didn't have them in mind...In his time at Kiev and Aderelcht before he scored 50 league goals in 86 matches. There is concern about last year but in one sence it makes his ratio in the previous seasons more impressive.
He seems to have a combination of jerome and Grabbans better attributes.
The age is only one aspect Munky listed a few other concerns .I honestly didn't have them in mind...
I also think that Veretout and Gueye for Villa could be outstanding value though I really, really hope they aren't because Villa desperately need to be relegated.
On signing 29yos - Palace have been happy to shell more out on Cabaye, Leicester on Okazaki - both decent buys I think.
But as I said in my post earlier, the Belgian league is hardly comparable to the cut and thrust of the Premier League is it? The only league he has played in that is comparable is the Bundesliga where he played seven games without scoring for Wolfsburg, and he also had ten games in theFrench top flight where he managed just one goal for Monaco.
I put my hands up and admit that apart from Wiki and that Youtoob clip I know nothing about the guy, certainly not enough to make any confident prediction about what strengths he would bring to us - if any!

Maybe I'm just a bit of a gambler, I like the idea of taking a risk to find a 15-20 goal a season player rather than signing a solid 10 goal a season play. It may work it may not but if it does then it's the difference between mid table and relegation scrap.

The hack says that Juan would be our 5th signing then lists 5 players that we already signed.![]()

That deserves a doubleEither mine or your eyes are deceiving us fella as I canonly see four names listed?
"If Norwich can agree a deal with Quintero, he would become the East Anglian club’s fifth signing of the summer, following deals for Graham Dorrans, Youssouf Mulumbu, Robbie Brady and Jake Kean."
This guy would be potentially a brilliant signing if he's the one I rememver from the World Cup last year! Yes, there would definitely be risks involved, but the potential could be incredible if it works out!

for me
Haha, is just just a shout like "Christiano Ronaldo anyone!?" Or are we linked with him? Because he is amazing!Juan Quintero from Porto anyone ?
