Fair enough, I haven’t actually seen him control the ball and do anything with it yet, though I haven’t seen every minute he’s played. He certainly scares defenders with his strength and they like pulling his shirt. Think he needs loads more game time which I doubt he will get with us this year, unless injuries force it. We won’t loan him though by the look of it.
Every time I've seen Armstrong...he came on to do a job...in my uneducated parlance " get the ball and stick it up his jumper"

Against Watford...he took the sting out of Watford...by getting them to foul him twice. His team mates congratulated him prolifically each time he did.

I would like to see him sent on to win a match ...to find out how good he is

Surely against Blackpool he was meant to do something with the ball, we were losing. To be fair to him in that game he was fouled consistently and was very excited, full of nervous energy. Experience.

A possible rumour...Dickie to Middlesbrough...anyone heard anything

Don't know but don't think that's happening. With Salter still out, It would leave us short at the back unless we could bring in another qualified CB today.

It's all Archer, Archer, Archer from QPR fans on twitter today. I've never seen him play but apparently he is the messiah.

Football Insider reckon Villa have given the green light for midfielder Tim Iroegbunam to go out on loan. We are apparently trying to work out a deal to bring him in.

Mmm, free agent strikers from the Championship include Vydra, Carroll and Robson-Kanu

Both Charlton and Oxford reportedly interested in taking Bonne on loan. Like Warburton, Beale clearly hasn't liked what he's seen, so may as sell I would have thought?
