Haha - Yeah he’s more in the mould of a Lynden Gooch than a Jan Kirchhoff. Strong player, though. He’ll not be bullied about and shoved off the ball easily.
Little?This this and more this.
He’s a great little player and a dead ball specialist. They’re expecting big things of him at Rangers and Gerrard has said he still sees his future there.
This is a signing and a half. I’m delighted.
Oh absolutely not. I’m delighted with this signing. He’s another player with an engine like Jordan Henderson, he’ll run all day and night for the cause.Little?
Just checked, 5ft 9, would prefer bigger but can we be too choosey?

Yeah exactly, we aren’t in a position to be getting all our ideal targets. I’m extremely confident in suggesting this lad is a step-up from Dobson and Power. Not that either of them two have done anything wrong lately. He’s more attack minded than them, too.Him and O'Nien should get on then. There's bound to be one or two areas, like height, that the players we're bringing in are lacking in or we simply wouldn't be getting them. He sounds like a strong and determined lad and that will make up for a lack of size.
He does sound the business, but it means that one of dobson or power will make way.
Both playing very very well in a team that has started to click.
Competition is always good, but lets hope that it doesnt tinker too much with the team dynamics

It looks like he had options to join teams in the Championship. Gerrard has stated that he needs to be playing first team football so I suspect we’ve probably assured him that he’ll get starts once he’s settled in, if not straightaway.Yeah it is a bit of a problem, it wouldn't be right to drop Power or Dobson who are just starting to forge a real partnership. Parky seems reluctant to make subs presumably because he thinks they're ****e so he'd maybe be best used off the bench either to cement the win or try to turn it around.

... and also try slightly different formations as needs be, to keep the oppo guessing. 3:5:2; 4:5:1 etc, provided we get an alternative striker
True, again though shame to change something that's just starting to bear fruit as they get used to it. Always good to have quality options of course and if he's as good as we hope he's going to be playing one way or another.
