Your club is in relegation trouble, you are an England international, and you can't get on the bench, far less get in the team! He's allegedly had some injuries, but I suspect this was convenient stories. If he was kosha, Lambert would be keeping him - he needs all the experience & firepower he can get. They're letting him go - not logical, given the circumstances! No smoke without fire IMHO.
