In Todays People, it says:

- Saints to make a loan move for Billy Sharp, with a permanent deal in January of £2.5m and a wage rise for him

- Arsenal to make a move for 16 year old LB Luke Shaw, having monitored him for over a year.
 
What a surprise about luke shaw being wanted by arsenal,i'm starting to get really fecked off with them,get working on ya own young talent and leave ours alone! On the billy sharp link i'd be happy witht that but i thought he was out injured?

tore some ligaments in his knee first game of the season didnt he? he was on soccer am a couple of weeks ago and said he was happy at donny. doesnt look like he wants to leave at all.

Made his comeback as a substitute yesterday.
 
I've lost all respect for Arsenal. They're pathetic. Sort them out Cortese!

Sharp would be good as yesterday I felt we lacked pace up front and having him on loan would mean having a look at him before spending big on him.

Yeh thought he had a bad one but apparently he's back now as st brendy says,would be happy if this comes off but wasn't the whole reason he didn't come in the summer was because he didn't wanna move south? maybe there was more to it than that.No disrespect to doncaster but surely he's gotta move on for the sake of his career,whether it's with us or not.

That's the attitude Adkins takes towards the players with regards to losing matches. God help them if they ever do lose a 2nd game!

I wouldn't find it annoying at all. I'd be over the moon. £30 million in the bank!! Arsenal would be single-handedly financing both our promotion, and our premiership survival. You could buy 3 or 4 very decent premiership players with that.
 
arsenal fans wouldn't let wenger buy another teenager would they?
