I read your mind.
Jose has always been stubborn -he's a spoilt child. When things are going well for him he's ok, when they're not he has a tantrum.
When does he ever persevere with a difficult situation to try and bring it round?
Heres what i dont get.
1. gerrard is toast. his legs are completely gone and his mls record was less than special.
2. why whore yourself around scotland say to play more football and ruin your rep. its already getting to the point where it could be called a sad end. hes not beckham. no psg is knocking on his door to hand him his elusive league medal. celtic are knocked ffs
3. why would anyone coach when sky will pay 4mil a year to henry???? thats as nuch as la galaxy paid him.
4. hes not got the badges to be a serious coach yet.
So...... all in all. he really ought to go enjoy himself and do a bit of punditry. easy cash there. if he chases a scottish league medal it really is sad imo.. sorry but it is.
I wanted him to stay with you the last time. I said as much on here at the time because I was genuinely interested to see if he could overcome a tricky situation. He just cut and ran. I'd never liked him much as a (football) personality because I thought him too self-centred, though obviously I thought you had to respect his achievements. That changed my mind a lot. I think he's only ok when things run the way he wants them.I would say i agree with him being a spoilt child and his tantrums.
As for perservering with difficult situations (I haven't been listening to the ITK or anything) but from what i can see i will summarise:
Porto - took them to the top, left on a high
Chelsea - Took them to the top, probably could have perservered in that 3rd season although commentators will say he was sacked in which case he wasn't given the opportunity
Inter - Took them to the top, left on a high. Maybe the bricks would have come falling down the season after BUT we will never know
Real - Took off after it was difficult although tbf it was a difficult 3 seasons for him in spain, he just didn't get on
Chelsea - Sacked
So really you could only accuse him of running off AT most from Real and Chelsea first time. I have to disagree with him not trying to turn thing around
The fact you think he'd be a good pundit. The few times he's been there he's basically michael owen in another body. Yea he will get paid but he'll get slaughtered for being boring

None of the examples you've mentioned show him being able to surmount significant obstacles.
I do not think Gerrard is going to do worse than Carragher on Sky tbh.I never said hed be good.
Im just saying sky will pay him for his name
Henry has been awful
Owen is so dull.
Gerrard would sound poor on sky yes and i think hed be worse than owen.

?

My reporter mate says he's a good guy and he hates Liverpool, being a manc![]()
I might agree solely on porto. but its not like they were that awful in tbe first place and it was a late away goal plus a virtual open run the got porti there.
Chelsea... sorry but ino what was sone qith that money to a side already second was nothing special.
Inter.. again leg work largely done and champions in italy as well. he built nothing and left an aged side and laughed.
Real. very political. very difficult job. under achieved really.
For me the guy built his rep at chelsea with every advantage but it was inter triple that btw was unopposed in italy.. that set up up as genius.
His work at real and then chelsea really has tarnished him. if he gets utd wrong he will be regarded as a guy who is what atsro calls him.
I mean his trophies look great but mos5 look bought.
Your version was convoluted. Can't even get google to translate it.Too convoluted. It wasn't intended to be a white paper![]()

lol i think you are missing the point in my post MITO.
Saint was saying how Jose runs off when the going gets tough. I was pointing out when the going gets tough, hes normally sacked so its not him running off, he's not had the opportunity to work at it
Never knew Gerrard was a manc and hated Liverpool?

Look I'll be honest. Sturridge is a top finisher but he's not the england no 1 striker. Kane is.
I agree that he should go abroad and rip up the french league with PSG. easy for him. PLus gets CL.
We won't sell the spurs and there is no way he will want to go to west ham or stoke.
I would agree that all being equal it would be best for all that he doesn't go mad this winter cos he has a league cup medal to play for again (will be in semi i hope after the draw we got) and he can compete for a league which he prob won't see a chance at again..
after that though. I don't know whats best. if he goes We have firmino and origi for one position. lets forget ings so there is a chance then for klopp to bring in a player with his fee. that would be interesting... i just don't think sturridge really fits klopp's needs.
klopp wanted him to play left side and drift but he spat the dummy immediately so has been on bench and has come on central with firmino being moved to accommodate with issues arising from it.
