I just think at this point of the window the only guys left are the unwanted and unneeded... the dregs in other words.

We of course will be the beggers looking for a full back at this point... sadly.

We are trying to hawk some guys.

some clubs are desperate, some clubs and bargain hunting... and some are just plain cheeky.

But i just can't see a really top top signing for LFC now.

I think you might be right but I'm still holding out for a smart buy of a player who might be running his contract down or at least a couple of lads who can step up....

Yeah I agree MITO, but they're few and far between and a CB had to be come first imo.

yeah. they needed that bad. they also i think thought they'd get lacazette or whoever and are quite demanding of a marquee signing.

Like.... thye demanded a DM and CB and now they have been given it and are still not happy.

They've 140 ACMs and two strikers but want a different striker.. then they'll be unhappy with the striker they get and start demanding a LB or a right winger or something.

They are a very needy bunch, worse than us lot ffs!!

That's why watching Arsenal TV on youtube is so entertaining. Anyone here that hasn't really should, it's great - probably better than Game of Thrones.

stoke: nope they've butland even if injured

southampton: nope they've forester..


where does that leave the guy? looking down the barrel of a loan to everton but koeman pissed on that.

His contract doesn't run out til 2019 as well..... so... he's kind of screwed. I can see a season long loan to some **** prem team with city contributing to wage gap..... he won't move til next summer.

its over... 6th is our lot.. just look for an entertaining match or three along the way. don't expect silverware and you'll be fine. I think sixth cos i think west ham have no ambition and i think southampton have imploded. I expect the midgets at stoke and the new defensive set up at everton to challenge us for 6th alongside west ham.

I'm not lowering my expectations or it'll be a miserable season. Keep expectations high and if we don't find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow - we can be miserable when it's over but not during.

Inter Milan about to sign Gabriel Barbosa (highly rated young Brazilian) and Joao Mario who was in Portugal winnings team. Both I'd imagine are above 20m mark so some big signings there.
