So the good news this week:

We might yet finally move on Mario
Mane injury is (hopefully (no Jinx)) not as bad as feared
Palace fire their first shot. (it's a negotiation, they start low, we start high....and somewhere in between is where we'll end up)

The bad news this week:

No sign of a LB
No sign of a CM
No sign of anything new tbh
 
Alberto in demand?
Benfica, Sevilla and Valencia are all interested in Liverpool’s Luis Alberto, according to Cadena Ser.
The Reds are reportedly ready to cash in on the 23-year-old midfielder after realising he is not going to force his way into Jurgen Klopp’s thinking.
Alberto was loaned out to Malaga and Deportivo La Coruna over the past two seasons but is not expected to remain at Liverpool permanently following his return.

Liverpool are willing to meet the valuation of Jonas Hector

Hector re-signed with Cologne about 5 days ago didn't he .. confused . Wasn't Koeman after Martins Indi? Seems to fit Klopp's liking for versatile players but not getting regular time at Porto - worth a risk?

We were linked with Martins Indi, but the general consensus on him was that he's not that good tbh.

Don't know him at all but I love how the headlines try to make it like we're stealing him from you etc etc The same with all the player X 'snubs' ... in favour of ... They tried that one with Wijnaldum [spl]. hilarious
 
Origi seems to get injured a bit
Sturridge too
Firmino is good as a 9 in some games but not all.
