I went to bed mate <laugh>

Reason I mentioned Pogba is because they wouldn't have paid that much had it not been for the new TV deal. That's the only reason the transfer record was broken.

Benteke for £32m last summer and £32m this summer simply doesn't equate to the same value.

Didn't mean on Hart, we already have Karius and Migs and Hart really isn't that good.

Apparently we aren't signing a LB, so will the club pocket the money (if we sell him of course) or will they spend it on Dahoud for example?

no seriously... its not...

he's realised oh **** i'm ****ed here and has got his agent on it far too late and now its link to any club that he can think of.

LFC won't be buying this guy. he'll be >20mil anyway... nowhere near the hilarious 40mil quoted earlier in summer but who'd want him. We have 2 keepers plus manninger in so obviously he was not in any plan we had.

This is the question. Didn't Klopp say we would be making another signing before the close of the window? May have to wait for Dahoud :(

The rumours are he'll be leaving City on loan, there'll be plenty of takers.

He's better than anything you've currently got, same goes for us. He might be a beaut and have a mistake in him, but he's still a quality keeper.

Pfffffttttt................disagree. No better than Ming, and Karius will be our No.1
 
However good Klopp is, we will struggle IMO unless we get rid of Moreno and mignolet. Both are accidents waiting to happen. In any match, all of our work could be undone by either of them in an instant. Hart is not perfect and also prone to the odd brainstorm but he is a class above mignolet.

Incidentally I agree with those who say that Pogba was purchased because of the increased broadcasting income that the premiership clubs are getting this season. They are savvy businessmen and they don't foresee making losses for the club.
 
Problem is hart will want to play CL football but al the clubs in CL have better keepers for him. In Prem you'd probably have to look at Saints/Everton/West Ham level and would he want to play for them with no CL?
