Liverpool gossip round-up
Liverpool have had a bid rejected for Inter Milan midfielder Gary Medel, according to reports.
It is claimed Jurgen Klopp is keen on the combative midfielder, who starred for Chile as they won this summer’s Copa America Centenario.
Medel has spent the last two seasons at Inter, where he has made 78 appearances and scored one goal.
The 29-year-old has Premier League experience having spent the 2013-14 season at Cardiff.

ITK's all claim we won't be buying a LB, Moreno is Klopps man..
LB cover to come from Klavan/Milner and Gomez.

Buckle up!

6th.... simple as.

No mate. We're title contenders, accept it and move on <ok>

We have a very good squad and a lot of rest time this season.

I trust Klopp knows what he's doing and we do have some options for LB, I think Milner would be solid if not spectacular option tbh.

I'm not convinced that these journalists know too much more than we do anyway ffs!

Problem is it's only Milner who can get forward out of that group, Gomez yes but he's a big lad and bombing on all the time is going to get him injured again.

Mourinho wants to spend £50m - £100m per player so Klopp on the WUM is going to coach Moreno into a footballer instead to show what it means to be a real manager

If Klopp can't see you need a LB then he needs new bins mate

He can see this but I don't think what he wants is available (according to the press etc.).

He'd rather try and give Moreno a lobotomy than buy for the sake of it.

I'd rather see Milner given a chance, he's intelligent enough (in football terms!) to play there imo.
