[HASHTAG]#LFC[/HASHTAG] are looking to sign a goalkeeper who will put Mignolet's place under pressure. Bogdan is expected to leave. (Tony Barrett)

60mil fee to china i reckon!

nice business that.

Bogdan, allen ,toure, enrique... meh I'd say something not nice but whats the point about them.

Moreno is muck.

Teix just lost too many years to that back injury and not playing. You simply have to play. hope he can go on back in portugal to be a player

Gotze is a complete pipe dream.

Reports today suggest Klopp will be allowed to spend bigin the summer and will be after a GK, LB, CM and ST, with Matip obviously already coming. The club will also apparently target Gotze as a marquee signing.

The transfer panel will obviously still be in charge. Ter Stegen is a classic committee signing.

Stegen/Mignolet - meh
Clyne/Flanagan - meh
Matip/Lucas - won't be lucas and Matip plays LCB
Sakho/Lovren - doubt it. one will go.
New/Smith - maybe.
Can/Henderson - meh
New/Stewart - double meh.
Markovic/Milner - FFS no way.
Gotze/Firmino - nope. not happening
Coutinho/Lallana - allana must go
Sturridge/New/Origi - you forgot ings.

Certainly positive ideas but I cannot see us getting Gotze.

sorry ut ehres not enough quality there. I think klopp will do more.

this one is fun

This is jimmy traore who is 36 today.. this shows how most pros like moreno will be able to fire one in sometime.

Moreno has a HUGE credit for one goal last year. I don't rate the guy at all at this point. I think he's a worse defender than bambi legs traore and going forward he is as brainless and wastes most of the chances he gets.

No to Lucas. He's not good enough. We need to get rid of Lovren and Skrtel as well. Bring in a top quality CB.

Agree about midfield.

He's not good enough for eventual first team but he's been better than half the shower who's position it's supposed to be. I'd keep him as back up before the other two.

As for getting rid of Allen fair enough but I see no level of difference between him and Hendo and Milber this year and Can only gets away with it because of his age.

I'd like to see but won't three new first names on the sheet for midfield and let Can prove he can develop to that level.

The others can go or sit on the bench.

Moreno is gash. I know Jimmy thinks he's superior to others we have but I just don't see it. He's a look ability in all areas of the pitch.

Mignolet? Until we actually can buy someone better who is willing to come let's not do another gamble like him.

We need more pacy options up front and a striker with flesh and blood legs....

But midfield has to be a priority...its exposing everything both front and back.

I agree

Midfield is the worst i've ever seen us field.

I mean in 1990s redknapp and barnes at cm as a bit weak but we played 352 with mcmanaman free and rush and fowler or collymore in front. mcateer wide right.

In the earlt 2000s. hamman bought, gerrard, murphy etc etc.

2005 gerrard and alonso. then added mascherano.

then 1980s; whelan, mcmahon, molby etc etc.

I have never seen a worse midfield than the 3 and back up we have now. henderson is just a runner who now seemingly can't run. Milner is just a runner too, can is selfish in the extreme, allen ffs most technical of the lot.. that says it all.

Yup...start there and only then if there is money left worry about strikers or keepers.

United prove that having one of the best GK around is pointless if there is no midfield in from of the defence....

We've always been a bit short soemwhere and its always fallen apart chasing it faster.

If houllier had not signed diouf, diao and cheyrou but instead took longer who knows where he'd have got to.

If rafa had not gone nuts with keane and aquilani but focused on the quality he had and supplementing with his contacts what might he have done rather than flop to 7th.

we've seen dalglish and rogers buy 7/8 players a year and end up with maybe one of quality if lucky. It'll be tough for klopp to go from where mr rodgers has left this squad.
lots of players with not much quality.

The financial performance for last year have been released - really good results and shows how we are improving off the field at least.

Good. Better see results on the pitch next season then or those stats will mean **** all

Meh he's English so automatically good, when he's just a good player is all.

Plus most of our team look like they belong at villa this season. An shambles.

Besides our front 3 of couts sturridge and firminho, the rest wouldn't bother me if they left, that's how highly I rate them lol
