I think in the end we must say

a) irrespective of league, this lad has done well in CL for years.

b) our no 10s don't set the world alight, irrespective of investment made

c) we've too many no 10s so if klopp is after an ACM to play off a central striker the this guy would be it. coutinho has to play LW and someone has to play RW> thus far firmino has not looked an RW, lallana does everything not to play there but has actually delivered most of his assists from there.... odd isnt it.

d) firmino at no 9 is how brazil used him in copa america.

I think we ought to look at brazil team and how neymar plays with firmino (or not) after all... if i'm to please jimmy by buying this clown i might as well bid on neymar next

this hack of FM 2016 is going well.

Was he properly injured or pulled because of transfer possibility? "Rested" isn't a word you would use for a hamstring is it?


- How hard was it for your team to play without Teixeira?
- Teixeira was injured during yesterday's morning session. I decided to rest him. Bernard, Eduardo Azevedo were also unable to take part in the match. Four important player were left in the academy. But I think we showed a good game, despite the absence of these performers.

I think its risk.

I think klopp knows toure will break down. he's hobbled off in what 3? europa ties and can't play more than 90mins a week at best.

I think lovern and skertl injuries are things that can easily recurr or go longer and as such may worry klopp a lot

I think sahko's record doesn't inspire confidence that he won't break down either... two knee injuries form tackles... next one could do a cruciate for all we know.

So in the end klopp is now sitting on ilori and caulker as a oh christ plan.... and thats fine by me. all 3 of our real CB options (ignore toure) are injured or a worry.

Caulker.... mad though.... we will have to wait and see what is done in summer at CB> The matip stuff is still rumour and the subotic stuff is equally so.

we "injured" carroll when rodgers anted him gone.. who knows... the injury might have been thier smokescreen before the story broke... who knows who broke it...

is shaktar did then he prob is injured
If we did we are foolish in the extreme cos cheslea will be in
If his agent did he wants more money to swing the deal one way or another.

Ignoring whether he is injured or not, where does he play exactly? I have read some of you say he plays any of the attacking mid roles, but his goal scoring stats would say he is a bit more than that.
