Most transfers are paid over the contract length, so you probably won't have paid the base fee in full either, so why not go the full hog and divide it by 4 <doh>

The add ons will be performance based, so as long as they don't have anything stupid like you lot winning the league in there.....then if he's any good (and you think he's the dogs chopper) you'll be paying them. Not a complicated concept <ok>

Therefore - the £21m is spread over the course of the contract, not including the add ons.

He'll deffo be in our squad next season I reckon

And he should get some chances, Europa, domestic cup starts + coming off the bench in the league. Looking forward to seeing him, he certainly plays better for the National team than Lille so hopefully, with more creative better players around him he'll give us a good showing

I quoted his league goals, you chose to add in goals scored in the German equivalent of the Auto Windscreens , which saw them beat sides 9-0 twice!

You then replied and claimed I was wrong.

The add ons aren't performance based Tobes, they are because we couldn't sign him as things stood because buying players that are third party owned isn't allowed by the premier league/FA.
So before we could agree a deal(18m with his club)we had to buy his rights from his Brazilian owners.

Funny that considering when we were discussing Lukaku not so long ago you insisted on counting all games and goals rather than just the league. Why s that :huh:
