I get the impression Lucas wants to move on. Allen is a useful player and I'm more than happy to have him around. I also see him as the type of player who wont show his best until he's 26-30 years old. He's worth keeping around.

I notice you did not mention Balotelli?

Re. Mario - I still think that if used correctly, he can still contribute. I put him in the same category as Allen and Lucas - decent option to have but sell if you can.

Difference is, get Mario playing well and we will recoup his value back.

Sky Sports have said that transfer number 7 is pretty close ...

I'm done with manquillo I think he is homesick, not our player and could well go home too.

I included flanagan just for you and wisdom

Enrique has been told to find a new club.

For me we are ok on RB but not lb. Moreno cannot defend for ****. Hence Digne rumours I suppose

If we sign Clyne and everyone was fit, I'd play Clyne RB and Flanno LB with Skrtel and Sakho inbetween.

If we keep Mario then we won't be seeing a striker arrive. We currently have Studge, Mario, Origi, Ings, Lambert and Borini with the possibility of Firmino playing up top too. If only Lambert and Borini leave, we've still got 4/5 options.

£35m???

Firmino £28m
Clyne £12m
Gonez £6m

Isn't that £46m? plus the tribunal fee for Ings and Milners signing on fee, you'll be well over £50m already

Firmino's fee is 21m(with a possibility of future 8m in add ons)
We ain't signed Clyne yet.
Gomez fee was 3.5m

That's 24.5m and 12.5m if and when Clyne signs(owhere near your final total even with Ing's tribunal or Milners SOF.

Borini and Lambert are most likely to leave.

Sturridge isn't back until Sept/October time so we will still need a front line striker.

Origi and Ings are just back ups - potential for Origi to go out on loan?

Firmino 21
clyne 10-12
gomez 3.5

forfot about ings as well so add another 6m. That's 40m

no idea where your fee for gonez has come from

I'd prefer Mario to ****off as well. Sell Lambert, Borini and Balotelli and use the money and wages to buy one quality striker such as Aubameyang.

So the extra £8m doesn't count because Firmino is going to be **** then? Gotcha <ok>

Clyne was inlcuded in the list of signings in the post he was replying to btw.

Mario missed a lot of games through 'illness' last season. I think that suggests to me that Rodgers is not bothered.

Balotelli can work with a pacey partner and crosses. But we play on the ground. He also struggles to do pressing.

I doubt Origi will go on loan. He's just had a loan and is also 20-21 years old now. That is a vital age for a striker of his style.

He's a good target man who can link play - but he needs runners. We didn't have that last season - apart from the few times we played Mario alongside Sterling or Sturridge, which was when we actually troubled teams.

Either way - I don't mind selling him as long as we get a quality player who fits our style. No point selling him then buying Rondon or Benteke.

We was talking about what we have spent so far [HASHTAG]#pasttense[/HASHTAG] <doh>

Balotelli is gone the minute any reasonable offer turns up.

Even a loan with a small fee and wages paid will do.

Lambert is going somewhere maybe Bournemouth

Borini wants to go.

They all have to be got out
