Just saying not many wanted him to go and calling him names and that and loving the fact he failed at Chelsea just like Southampton fans with their ex players (bar Lambert) so I guess the point I'm making is all football fans are the same you can't just label smaller teams fans that their are bitter when their players move on.

don't think i have called anyone bitter accept the obvious blueshite who camps on here <whistle>

players come and go from all clubs even the big ones, and it makes me laugh that even players like terry,Scholes,Giggs, gerrard etc are called loyal or 1 men clubs etc, well they was at big fecking clubs so probably easier to be labeled that, can bet your ass they would be off like every other mercenary seems to be now days if them clubs was ****e and a better offer came along.

i think generally speaking, unless you are really young, most dont get attached to players who play for clubs now days, as we all know how easy the feckers are off if a better offer comes along.

im going to assume we are both offering the same wage lol, a player interested in game time and not wage? well there's a first!

he will sign for Chelsea then.
 
Falcao must be willing to take a huge cut in wages to come to us, if there's a shred of truth to it. I wouldn't say no, at the right price - he will never rediscover his old form though.

They're both still in the squad lists rather than the released lists, but have "(offer)" next to their names. It says above that, "The information below is correct as of 28 May. A player's status may have changed since that date." Presumably at that point both clubs were still trying to get the players to sign for them, or it may be that neither contract offer has officially been retracted, so that could be an explanation. All the ones in the released lists are presumably therefore ones where there is no open contract offer from the club.
 
Ings has a contract offer from Burnley - if they didn't offer him one they'd be entitled to no compensation.
