Nope, I want a team that is able to defend and attack as a single unit.
If we go and bid over £30 ****ing million for Benteke, we really are absolute ****ing morons. People like Vietto and Aubameyang would be easily 10mil less and both fit out team far better.
When will we ****ing learn, big strong hold up men don't ****ing fit the team. We need quick, tricky, hard working players.
I just hope in a week's time after the meeting with the owners that someone else comes in for Rodgers, as well as a DoF to replace the piece of **** committee.
If neither of those things change we'll have a **** transfer window where we might get Clyne, Milner, Ings and maybe Benteke. Really ****ing aiming high there!
The whole "PL Proven quality" thing has gotten us Downing, Carroll, Adam, Lallana, Lovren, Allen etc. Yet buying people like Can, Suarez, Torres, Kuyt, Aurelio, Alonso etc etc worked out far better and cost us far less.
Not looking forward to this season at all if Rodgers and the transfer committee stay. Just shows our complete lack of ambition.

But if Rodgers was 100% safe, then I would have thought FSG would have come out and ended the speculation by now. The fact they haven't gives me hope they will be sacking him.
Also, a DoF will work WITH the committee - not replace them (unless he decides to bring in his own people).
