I feel as though the rumours 50% staged payments on suarez fee may be true to if we get CL.... well i feel we should be able to spend 60-80mil again
including 15mil form sale of borini, balotelli and lambert (5 mil each)

Expect club spending too increase again this summer following the announced increased TV deal. I know it doesn't start straight away but clubs pay over the term of contracts now so it'll still be a factor.
that deal kicks in when? 2 years from now?
no you have to pay the rate of today today and bump up if you want to over the course of that deal's time.
if you don't have the extra cash now you can't pay wages on it for two years

Clubs are allowed to make a £33m loss over the years. They can budget for the increase

Depends if they've already done that for the last couple of years though.. if you're already in the red by 30m you cant afford to lose more and say to Fifa were going to get X amount in 2 years time so it'll be fine we'll pay it then.

Wouldn't mind him, but City will want about £25m for him which don't think is worth it.
For £15m I'd take him, been underused at City and showed against us pre-season and during the start when Aguero was out that he can step it up and score.
