People have different opinions. You would do well to learn to accept that like I have. I truly believe it which is why I don't get personal or agitated when someone has a different view. Nobody has exclusivity on the right way to think.

I don't care what any pundits think, tbh - like agents, they're yet another set of leeches on the bloated body of football.

Konate situation is interesting. Having been burnt by Trent and Real, we may have to sell him this Summer. Real tapped up Mbappe and Trent and PSG and Liverpool lost a huge amount in transfer fees. It is very frustrating but I don’t think we can take a risk that he will run down his contract and leave for nothing next year.

He may refuse to go and just sit out the year in the reserves and still train. Would love him to sign, but then RM would probably not want him if they have to pay for him.
 
Liverpool paid 40 milion Euro and can rise to 46million Euro when Liverpool signed Konate. If we can get £70m for him it's not going to be a bad deal .We cannot afford to let him run down his contract.

In the end freezing him out in terms of playing time is the needed solution if he really won't sign

It needs to be crystal clear to him and his agent thst we will do it. That means his replacement is in place. 5 cbs.
