I stuck to the facts as mo salah stated them.

The articles quotes are at best hearsay and at worst totally made up.

The club won't be leaking details unless they feel he won't sign so they try win fans favour when the **** hits the fan

Oh well we did offer him a deal but you know....

If they are in real negotiations I'd assume they won't talk about contracts at all from either side.

All Mo said was no talks had taken place so far. He didn't say there weren't plans too or that negotiations wouldn't happen. As I said before, I think we just concentrated on the transfer window and now that's closed, we'll sort the contracts.

As you say, all opinions based bar Salah's (& VVD) comments

All he said?
He also said he was trying to be positive and enjoy his last season.

You could interpret thst as meaning he has not heard of any such plans to talk.

Same as vvd who was asked two weeks running and said his situation had not changed. No hint at all of plans to talk.

I think jumping to the conclusion talks are planned is as silly as assuming they are being dispensed with by the club or that thwy want to go.

The facts are from the players based on actual interviews and we all have them. All the others adding to it don't really have assured inside knowledge of plans so we have to go with what was side in public.

Only he went on to say more afterwards to clarify he only meant it's his last season of his contract.

I've not said the would WILL sort the deals out, merely pointing out that they've obvious not spoke to them so far (fact) and they'll probably (my opinion) look at they're contracts now the transfer window is shut (fact).

Don't really see what you're not getting bar you wanting to focus on the negative (you'll claim "realistic") side of it all

Rio Ngumoha said his goodbye to Chelsea academy via Instagram so looks like deal to go to lfc is pretty much confirmed.

Mewnt to be most highly rested player come out of Chelsea since musiala so big big talent. Young kid but another to add to the poached talent.

That's a bit of an exaggeration.

Journalist?

Hack surely?

Anyway he might as well have read what I said about salah and just tarted it up with a few personal details off the Web.

It's all about the kids education.

If it were possible or desirable I'm sure you.
could look it up and find that a seriously high quality girls school is being used.

And you have to look at the visa situation. Does he have an indefinite leave to remain status or not and if he left for 2 or 3 years could he get back if he wished.

I could see mane back in his home place with his child bride being very happy but I wouldn't see mo salah sitting in Egypt tbh.

The question is how brazen would he be about it if lfc fail to offer him anything.

Would he go to Newcastle.

He’s been in England over 5 years so prob has ILR. Same for all his family

Maybe.

His visa should be the right type but he would have to apply first and get it and then all his family would have to apply after and get it themselves.

The kicker is he'd have to return to UK after less than 2 years (I think) to retain the status and return means live here.

So any jaunt to stadium would have the be short lived so it's not so easy for someone who is non eu status to go do this and come back to UK then.

The couldn't really stay for school while he goes for the football season for example and I'm very sure he'd not want that either.

I'm sure mo wants to stay but needs a contract to stay. I'm sure he will then do a Jan molby and end up a fat ex player on the ambassadors team.

However he needs the contract.
