A lot is required this summer but we cannot go into next season with Hendo as a regular starter. It’s so painful watching him and he’s a liability.

Seeing rumours that Gomez might be off this summer. If he does, and with three midfielders leaving plus Matip likely to leave, there's going to be some big gaps to fill this summer; would mean RB, RCB, LCB, CM X2 all needed, maybe a keeper too. Do we need a backup for Gakpo too?
 
Squad according to klopp

Gomez, matip, milner, fabinho, kelleher, adrian all stay.

In reality I've made enough lists where we have a serious amount of change and gaps in the squad to fill.

Don't ever pay attention to what Klopp says when talking about transfers
 
Can see why Gomez might wanna go. 25 years old and with no real decent options at CB for England other than stones, he should be playing regularly for a team to try cement that place. Given he’s behind Konate prob not happy being 3rd choice.

Could see him doing well in Brighton defence alongside dunk. Think he’s probably at that level atm

Yep, Brighton are on the up. Will get Europa this season same as you lot and with a couple of additions may do even better next season.

gk: alisson, Adrian, Davies (imo kelleher is going and Pitaluga will be loaned)

rb: trent, ramsay and lots of issues. (Bradley will not be retained. loaned or sold.)

lb: Robertson, tsimikas. no changes. (Chambers is not coming through this year)

rcb: konate and major issues. ( klopp will want to retain matip and gomez and even ****ing phillips but they will fight about this bejind the scenes)

lcb: vvd and the same issues.

no 6: fabinho, should be moving trent but klopp can't and won't. bajcetic may end up the only back up. Ugarte seems a rather obvious link at this point.

lcm. Will we even have one? who knows the world is insistent this will be macallister with Jones could be the outcome

rcm: massive.massive issues. Henderson and Elliott makes this and absolute eyesore of a position in a standard 434. the 505 or whatever you'd call it might actually suit Elliott.

lw: diaz, diaz and diaz. oh and nunez. we actually have loads here but klopp will stick jobs here.

false 9 or whatever: gakpo and Jota should be the calls

rw: salah and salah. there is nothing else but jota and Elliott can sit watching him. (doak and Gordon will want a game but have not hope)

carvalho is left over cos klopp absolutely has no use for him.

if I were running lfc I'd be asking klopp what right back he wants as there's no way he's playing rb any more and I'd be looking for the replacement.

I'd want two cms on top and cbs.

that's 5 players.
