I think Guardiola is more ruthless than Klopp. Of course it helps having unlimited financial backing which means he doesn't have to worry so much about who to keep and who to let go.
guardiola is very demanding.
however of you look at it there's a reason why city won't win everything in one season despite trying very hard and its that they are not idiots like Chelsea.
if anything city are a bit over reliant on de bruyne now and only won the title (imo) as silva was excellent last year. silva not in and they are nowhere near the level.
