So

1. diouf

wen, diouf, suarez, sterling, coutinho and mcmanaman to choose from.

2. coutinho??

3. mcmanaman?

3. Sterling?

5. Owen?

would suarez even make your list? courted arsneal ffs, bit two people racially abused evra (cos he did really) when not suspended he worked like a dog for us though.

Mine would put owen up there. Mcmanaman left on a free as well, deliberately ran contract out. Owen tried it and was flogged for as much as we could get for a 30mil asset (8mil and a janitor)

1. diouf
2. owen
3. mcmanaman.
4. coutinho
5. sterling
6. suarez

others were ****ed out of the club like konbloodychesky (dickhead) so don't really count as it was good riddance to bad rubbish.
Diouf spit at somebody while wearing the shirt so straight away that puts him top of the good riddance pile - if there is such a thing.

Where does Torres sit in this? Little kids cried when he left not to mention where he chose to go.

Hard to say as on the one hand it was lovely seeing him flop utterly but on the other side g&h ****ed him over really.

We also got a huge fee for him.

But the thing was we were in trouble with Hodgson gone and if he just stayed til may I would say no issue all the best.

Mixed feelings

And I have no problem with Coutinho, Sterling, Torres, or Mash. They wanted to leave, no biggie. I'd hate if I got trapped in a job I didn't want and people thought I shouldn't be allowed to move on.

Suarez... He put the club in disrespute too many times.

Owen... I forgave him after Madrid. But after Newcastle and Man UTD, flipping the fingers at us twice more all the time professing his love for the club (and then kissing the devil badge)... Nah, he's just a ****.

I'd also add Harry Kewell. Feigning injury in the 2005 CL final because he was embarrassed and then dancing and hopping around when we won. I don't think that's the only time he faked injury either.

Also in 2007, if he had tried to win the ball back instead of diving before Milan's second goal, we might not have lost. That's not the only time he dove either.

All those named walked to leave. Some did it in the right way, some were ****s, some were forced to be arseholes after the club failed to fulfil a promise of letting them leave.

I've not got a issue with any of them bar Diouf, he's a massive bellend.

You're both right, it was a sexist thing to say, but I did honestly stare at the photo for a few minutes wondering if they had put up the wrong photo, or who the second guy was.
I'm saying nothing about the picture for fear of incriminating myself. :bandit:

It isn't always because someone is an -ist
Very often it's what your eyes are telling you .... and I will leave it there.

u19 england players right?

villa really want him to sign up

Meant to be a very good prospect and think we were linked a year or so ago.

Was standout for the under 19s in the winning the euros this summer as well, scoring in the final.

Been given game time last season so would think staying at villa would be best for him atm. Be interesting see who his agent is and what past dealing they’ve done.

Not good enough to get into big clubs just yet, feel like another couple years developing at villa alongside others like Ramsay who looks a quality prospect before then getting the move with 100 appearance under your belt.

Yeah there is something there thst a kid who's thst young with the ear of an ex player like Gerrard and chances to play prem wants to go elsewhere.

It must be agent like you have said. Don't know about him or his family etc so can't comment and why he would not want to stay at villa.

run your contract down and leave on a free and then sign for whoever on greatly increased terms and possibly greatly increased recognition .

Well we don't know what villa are offering the kid so anything is possible. He'd be better doing a Bellingham than an Elliott though....

But speaking of which, now that brexit is "done" we can't sign up eu youths any more, so are dortmund blocked from getting more sancho and Bellinghams???

My list

Torres, us to the scum chavs, unforgivable, man's been dead to me since then.

Sterling, us to oil city and singing songs with them about battering scousers in the street in relating to Sean cox, ****ing scumbag.

Owen i never had any ill feeling for after he left, we were ****, real came calling, what do we expect

Nice to see eriksen repay the club who gave him a chance to get back itno football by joining utd on a 3 year deal.

Don't know why utd think that's the way to go personally. They already have fernandes.

Not sure where Eriksen plays for united unless it’s to rotate with Fernandes.

Feel like can’t play both of them in a midfield 3 as would be much too open.
