Just read that PSG would be prepared to let Neymadge leave this summer. Finally making the final step of his journey and coming to Liverpool? <whistle>

Seriously though, I don't want him anywhere near our club. But it does beg the question; where the **** does he go? If he went Real, they wouldn't sign Mo too. Does that mean Salah is more likely to stay or does it mean he's more likely to join PSG?

Guess it depends what Mbappe wants <whistle>
 
If the stars align:

Haaland to City - done
Dembele to Dortmund
Neymar (who imo retired the day he joined psg) to barca. he is now 30 and would fit well with the aged crocks like auba and lewandowski they seem to want
Salah to PSG making Mbappe messi saha forward line. - salah could then retire and not have to run about any more.
Lewandowski to barca
Mane to Bayern

then i'm sure all the whingers round the fields of would be happy that the [HASHTAG]#old[/HASHTAG] or #notworthit players would have left us.

net result would be city not really improved due to halland being a crock, barca being over priced, over paid and old, psg a mess and of course as per bayern winning in germany but nowhere else.
 
If he signs and regains his form then fine. If he trickles over the line next season and leaves on a free I think it will be a mistake to not sell him this summer.

Any lack of form for me has been since he played 23,000,000 minutes at afcon.

I Have no doubt after a summer off he finds that spark once again.

It's about time FIFA put protections in place for Northern AND Southern hemisphere based players... Stop the ridiculous international breaks every few weeks... Just block off time in summer and winter instead. Let AFCON happen over an enforced winter international break.

Sadio Mane non-committal on Liverpool future – “After the Champions League”

While Mohamed Salah was slightly more diplomatic when he confirmed he would be staying at Liverpool at least for next season, Sadio Mane was non-committal.

Though formally scheduled as Liverpool’s pre-Champions League final media day, with the focus on Real Madrid in Paris, Wednesday saw a number of questions on the futures of Salah and Mane.

That's my guess too... But I suppose it's possible he's waiting to "cheer us up" if we lose by announcing he is staying.

Thought the same when read it. It sounds very more I’d like to move on than I’m staying. Given Salah had said he wants to stay etc, very different from the comment from mane.

Tbh, if he wants to go would wish him well. He was part of the transformation of this team and has been incredible for us. Won everything despite shifting position. Hes 30 so this is his last chance to try something new at a big club if he wants to. Prob not gonna get similar money to Salah and maybe sees diaz as his replacement.

Not one person can say a bad word about him. Would be gutted to see him go thiugh

He's won everything he can with us. No issue with him wanting to try something new.

As long as it's not to City, Chelsea or Utd.
