it is already banned well sort of as there are few exceptions one of which being it is allowed for 16 to 18 year olds between EU countries plus others are things like family moved countries , asylum seekers etc .

If we go by dominic solanke then you can't really lose on it if he doens't turn into a ravel morrison overnight. He seems sound enough so could be another 20mil asset to flog on to palace or Bournemouth etc.

He probably wouldn't have spent so much time saying he's not coming if he wasn't coming. He would have just said "pass". So obviously he is coming.
