Actually theres only a few recognised words that have no rhyme. For example purple and silver.

Neither do I, but I do think woman and summon is a reasonable rhyme - the final vowel sound isn't really voiced clearly in either so close enough in my book. Anyway, different dialects and accents can have wildly different pronunciations.
