Honestly I cannot work out what the hierarchy at Arsenal are waiting for. Even in the odd chance that Arteta could somehow arrest the rot, the best they could hope for is some mid table mediocrity. If the owners had any interest in their club’s performance there would have been a change of manager by now. The lack of discipline must surely be down to the manager. Xhaka keeps getting sent off without any regards to the destiny of the team.

Not even any half-rumours at the mo. The two you mentioned haven't been linked for a while. Philips and Origi haven't even been linked with a move away. Rhys Williams not gone on loan yet either. I think that young Harvey Elliot’s form is likely to mean that we will not buy anyone. He is keeping Keita and Ox from the team and I suspect that one of them might also go.
up front, when mane and Salah go to ACON, we need to choose a front 3 from Bobby, Jota, Origi and Minamino….and perhaps Elliott so there is cover so unless one of those goes, we also won’t buy anyone.
yeah Origi is in the wrong league and Minamino is lightweight. Bobby and Jota are good (if fit). I suspect that Elliott would cover for Salah anyway.
