Then dont look at twitter. I have seen FSG called the worst owners ever then it hit me most of these accounts are kids who were probably 3 yrs old when we almost went bust. The rest are just idiots.

However we've not done alot to improve the squad as of yet. Which is a little against FSG, who've always been a little cautious with the purse strings.

Alot of fans have incredibly short memories. On top of that it seems if your not spending 50 to 100 mil I one transfer window you must be regressing.
Imo this season will be a top 4 and then the rest and I hope we are in the top 4.
I simply don't see the amount of odd results with crowds back in and proper preparation done.
Spurs right now are in a bit of chaos. They felt they were right up there last December (false position) nuno is a good coach but what has he got to work.with? Who knows.
Everton. Anything could happen. Players wanting out fans hating on rafa. Rafa doing all sorts of reserve deals.
Arsenal. Still not balanced team had to figure them and arteta has to start delivering or he has to go.
Villa fans genuinely think they are top 4 material minimum but finished 11th and have not really strengthened.
West ham can't afford lingard never mind a decent player. A club destined for bottom half surely.
Leeds. Let's see if they can improve.of have the difficult second season.
After that everyone is on a covid diet and who knows what they all end up with.
I'd also like a cm and a striker for us but we will have to see. City, utd and Chelsea ought to be red hot favourites for the top spot.

You do wonder where all this money some clubs are splurging comes from as covid has costs clubs up to £200m plus they face a real life cut in UK TV revenues and yet wage inflation seems to be continuing .
Billionares got richer in the pandemic by a big margin too. What is £160M when some of these top oligarchs got richer by the billions ?

Some clubs are proving in the most barefaced way possible they are state run oil playthings. Some are proving they are spoiled rotten and protected somehow (barca). Some are proving they are very rich (utd)
And some like arsenal who knows where its coming from.
But right now Palace and arsenal have spent most but we full expect massive numbers to be confirmed for the oil clubs by the end
