Seems about right if you take into account that Ed Woodward overpays by £80m
I didn't think all that much of Grealish a while back when people were raving about him, but he has improved considerably in recent times. He needs to turn out consistently good performances over time to be worth that amount, but then the football world has gone stupid.
Speaking of stupid, Man U will pay it if they erroneously identify him as their latest route back to the big time.

Grealish was just another Jack Wilshere until the back end of last season, an OLD kid with promise.
Since then things seem to have clicked with him, a bit late but at least he's getting there. Now he just has to sustain it for a few seasons.
He is good imo. It’s hard to always shine when you don’t have good players around you.... His improvement this year, imo, is Largely down to the fact that Villa have bought well, raising his performances further. He’d shine in a top 6 team IF they build around him....which isn’t so easy these days.

He’s definitely upped his game since lockdown. Maybe no fans is helping him?
Hes actually adding output to his game with goals and assists this season. I think he’d have to change his game to go into a top team as won’t have a team set up around him like villa is. Would be interesting to see how he copes though
