LFC 'close in' on Tsimikas signing - reports
Liverpool are reportedly on the verge of of signing Olympiacos defender Konstantinos Tsimikas.
According to Spor Time in Greece, the Reds are ‘very close’ to completing the signing to the left-back from the Greek club.
The report goes on to state that Liverpool are looking to Tsimikas as an alternative to Jamal Lewis, after having a £10m offer rejected on Thursday.
It has also been claimed that the ‘offer’ for Tsimikas is in the region of £15m.
Tsimikas was in England on Thursday night as Olympiacos were beaten by Wolves in the Europa League at Molineux.
