Summer transfer window changed back to original after all PL teams agree to it being extended in line with rest of Europe. This summer the window will close 1 September.

But sensible to close it before the season starts. Europe's fault...
It was only a good idea if the rest of Europe was doing the same. To be the only ones closing early was a bit mad.
