he's never going to be at hudson odoi levels of fee.

IMO as i said i think he could easily end up a no 8 who can shoot and take frees. I don't think he's the outright pace to play where he is trying to play now (wing)

For me if klopp got hold of him and converted him to replace lallana and he could put that level of work rate in for the press he might get a shot..... but hes got to find a club to play no 8 at in prem.

As i said i don't believe anything in the press thats said especially not about transfers until it comes form 2 or 3 people or i hear myself from people i know might get it from the club.

If the fee is 25mil I think we'd be hard pressed not to sell. I just feel as though theres a season of consolidation to make FFP coming. Its disgusting city can flout the rules while we are (finally) a properly run club have to stop improving to meet the rules.

I suppose I just disagree with some on here and think he's worth keeping.

I think with right coaching this season and lallana gone there's a case to be made for him at no 8 but.... as i said he needs a loan to that position. he's never beating shaqiri right not to right wing sub slot so....

tbh im not a fan either. hes very limited in his flexibilty and hasnt imo been given chances cos of that plus salah is no 1.

origi has been given more chances and thst says a lot.

however my thing is Wilson need to play... shaqiri is what he is, not changing.

whether it's a loan or a sale Wilson must get 30 league games again next season.... just for himself and his own career.

I think he should be adapted to a no 8 role but it depends on his footballing brain. if he could he'd stay. if he's just a winger he's out of here ala kent, ojo, ejaria, ibe.

Yeah he needs to play and pre-season will show Klopp whether he needs a loan or not but don't sell is my opinion.

yeah I reckon with African nations cup and copa America there will be a lot of opportunity for origi, Wilson and shaqiri.

firmino mane and salah won't be back before charity shield imo.

anyway.... that's another reason why I can see us buy a forward

7:15 UPDATE: Liverpool talks underway
Liverpool have opened talks with Lille over forward Nicolas Pepe, journalist Duncan Castles claims.

Pepe netted 23 goals and provided a further 12 assists in all competitions last season to help Lille secure Champions League football.

“[Liverpool] have been, I’m told, in contact with Pepe’s agent to discuss a deal, discuss his interest in coming there, what it would cost to bring him there,” he told The Transfer Window podcast.

“Lille are aware of this and are waiting for a bid. As we told you on The Transfer Window a couple of weeks ago, Manchester United have enquired direct with Lille about what the transfer fee would be.”

Lille value their prized asset at £80million.

Jurgen Klopp has held talks with Werder Bremen striker Max Kruse over a potential summer move, according to Turkish Football.

The 31-year-old hit 12 goals in all competitions for the Bundesliga side this season, assisting 14 more, and is available on a free transfer.
It is understood that Klopp sees him as a potentially decent squad option for the Reds, and held talks with the 14 cap German international prior to Liverpool’s Champions League semi-final with Barcelona.
 
I am now more convinced about what I mentioned earlier, I believe our transfer business is done and we'll reveal after the final.

Edit - I think it'll be Timo Werner.

i said ages ago i think werner is a done deal.

judging by comments of owner though what about de ligt?

midfield is still an area i would like to see improve though.

i reckon it depends on tomorrow to be honest. otherwise why has nothing happened yet?

if we win and are European champions it shows we are going places, and look at suarez and coutinho who have left to supposedly get European glory.

3 European finals in a row, players must be taking note.

I'm not sure it's a priority area for Klopp. Agree that midfield could be a priority but we've got Fabinho, Henderson, Wiji, Keita, Milner, Ox (not counting Lallana).
